Kulai Mok Gao Beef/Seafood/Pork Noodles 古来莫搞牛肉猪肉海鲜 干汤 面粉
I was forced to wake up in the wee hours to try out this mouth-watering pork noodles. But it was worth to sacrifice my sleeping hours.
They served the organs such as liver, intestine and pork with the flat rice noodle soup (粿條汤). The existence of the fried garlic, scallion and coriander enhanced the taste of the soup to something that is pleasing to slurp it in a cold rainy weather and it would cozily warm your soul to the fullest. The flat rice noodle (粿條) was smooth and the soup reminded me of my mum's cooking which is undoubtedly incomparable, but I would say that this broth is up on par with hers.
By the way,if light kind of soup isn't for your tastebud then go ahead and mix the chilli with the noodle would stir up a whole different meal all together, the taste of it add some kick to the soup, changes the soup to a bolder taste which will bring back your appetite without a doubt if one doesn't have it in the morning,in short the chilli is to die for.

To conclude this lets end it with a proverb which seem fit to this situation which is ,"The early bird catches the worm". If you're going to try out this noodles, please be there as early as possible as it's opened as early as 4.30am if you would have passed by Kulai,Johor or else this good food will be sold out and as this was mentioned by a friend of ours.
