Yap Fong Noodle House 叶芳面家

In the heart of Kota Tinggi, Johor, there is a place called Yap Fong Noodle House 叶芳面家, which is always packed.  Those people are willing to queue up and waiting for their wanton mee for more than half an hour.  Why is it so special?

The noodle was quite chewy and tasted like the normal wanton mee.  Their soup was special, normally people eat wanton mee with wanton (dumplings), but they fried the fishbones and served it with fishball in the soup.  It was quite hard to find a restaurant which utilises the unwanted part of a fish.  For a chilli lover, the chilli was not spicy enough for me.
