Teck Kee Fish Ball Soup Noodle 德记自制潮州鱼丸粉
This would be my favourite stall when I'm craving for some fish ball noodles soup, especially when I am feeling unwell and need something light to crank up my appetite. The owner of this store self-made this fishball with his own recipe making it unique in its own good way breaking away from the norm of artificial fishball taste that could be acquired from most of the stalls that I have tried. They served the noodles ranging from rice vermicelli(Bihun), Yellow Mee and flat rice noodles(Kuey Teow) with foo zok (beancurd skin), sliced fish cake, fish balls and seaweeds. The soup was nice and light, the pepper taste wasn't as overpowering making the soup really refreshing and addicting to be gulp with ease into my stomach leaving nothing behind but great reviews. The texture of the fishball doesn't look as Chewy but once you bite into it, the freshness of the fish with its bouncy feels to it definitely makes it more superior than an average fishball making it a perfect
